Provide prompt telephone/email responses to queries from you or the Tenant.

We will action owner requests in a helpful and supportive manner.

We employ accredited tradespeople who act promptly on maintenance issues.

Organise approved tradespeople to perform necessary property maintenance and repairs per your instructions.

Arrange and negotiate lease renewals.

Collect rental funds from tenants and investigate and action any rental payment delays.

We will invoice tenants for council rates, body corporate fees, insurances, etc. (if both you and the Tenant acquiesce at the rental agreement’s commencement).
